Meet the Builder

    The President and Chief Contractor at Design Builders, Inc. is Mr. Tim Graham. For the past 15 years Tim has been building this company with the same care and attention to detail that goes into every Design Builders new home. The result: a company focused on quality and customer satisfaction with the experience to make it happen!

    Tim is married to Gina Graham and the couple has two children. Gina works as an interior designer and is ready to assist with any project demanding her expertise.

    Tim's commitments don't end with his company. He is President of the Builders Association of South Central Kentucky: working with area builders to continue to improve the community and surrounding area. Tim has been the featured builder in House to Home magazine (link to article in pdf) and is very visible with his participation in local home shows, Parade of Homes, etc.

    Tim recently attained the Graduate Master Builder designation from the National Home Builders Association. Added to his already capable design skills, this training has set Tim apart as a truly outstanding builder/designer in Bowling Green and Southern Kentucky.
