Managed Construction
Your construction project manager coordinates every trade using our LEGO-block scheduling system. Each phase interlocks precisely with the next, ensuring on-time delivery.

A comprehensive walkthrough ensures every detail meets your expectations. Our warranty program protects your investment long after completion.

Integrated Architectural Continuity
In our region, high-quality architectural design is often outsourced to distant markets. Design Builders brings that caliber of precision in-house to ensure that what is designed is exactly what is built.
Our LIDAR scanning creates sub-millimeter 3D models of your existing structure — not rough measurements with a tape measure. This Precision Insurance protects your investment by preventing the “unforeseen” structural issues that plague lower-tier builders.
3D Design and LIDAR services are exclusive to Design Builders construction clients. They are not available as standalone services. This ensures our technology serves its intended purpose: building certainty into your project.
