Rachel Harris’ and Randy Howard’s jobs are to design the project, keep everyone on schedule, keep everyone informed, procure all finishes for the project, and check and double-check and triple-check for perfection. And they did their jobs very, very efficiently. We were on schedule. We were on budget. We ended precisely on schedule and exactly on budget.
